MECAJET 3220 Waterjet Cutting Machines
The waterjet cutting table type MECAJET, with dimensions 3200 x 2000 mm, integrates a new 5 axis cutting head and a more powerful pump. The cutting head is mobile on axis X, Y, Z, C (400° rotation) and A (+/- 60° pivoting), which allows to widen the machining possibilities by facilitating more complex cutting, clearance cutting compensation or chamfers manufacturing. Equipped with the worldwide leader KMT new pump, the MECAJET can work with 4100 bar pressure or up to 6200 bars. The configuration associating a 6200 bars VHP pump with a continuous 5 axis head increases significantly the productivity in the hardest materials: metal, ceramics, glass, stone… not forgetting composite materials.
